My Reflection

Profile:

I am knowledgeable because I did a lot of research on our topic and was able to put together a lot of pieces of work and used it all for exhibition. I could explain what I did and why I did it. I did it in detail, and I think we got good results.

What I learned from exhibition: I learned how to organize myself. We all organized data from research and got evidence to form exhibition. It took 11 weeks of effort and it payed of. I learned about my topic. I learned how to stop fights and make peace.

What I found difficult/ challenging about exhibition: Making all the pieces of work. We had so many projects to do and we had to finish it right and on time.

What I liked most about exhibition: I liked exhibition day, because it was a really big relief that all our efforts payed off. I would give a big thanks to the mentor teachers and parents J J J. But at last, exhibition is over and the results were awsome :D!!!

Exhibition finally ends!!!

After 11 weeks of hard work and everything, we had the exhibition day on first of February!

Week 5 Journal

      We did the questionnaire, and this time it wasn’t canceled. We had a dance practise but I didn’t join it so much. Then I made questionairre based piecharts but those were wrong.

Week 11 Journal

      We printed our graphs and put them on astro paper. Our big, wooden, black felt covered panels came. We then put a banner with our central idea on it. then we put our work on with staples. We also put on some of the decorations on the panel. For our cardboard panel, we put yellow and red felt on with silver borders.

Journal Week 10

This week we printed and decorated what we wanted to display. We needed to recreate the tittles for tuning in, finding out, sorting out, going further, and action. The first ones weren’t so clear. The exhibition is next week’s Friday. We also made a brochure. I was’t here on Friday because I got a bad fever and Thursday was a national holiday. We also made example stories of conflict at school, home and inside society. We told people how to stop them in the connections. Ibu Esti told us all to make some tips in Bahasa Indonesia. We printed out pictures from the orphanage.

Week 9 Journal

We worked on decorations and things to put on our panel. This week Ibu Felice asked for the pie charts we made according to our survey and questionnaire. Most of our projects are done, and all we needed to do was print our work. We all stayed until 4 o’ clock to do our work and 5 o’ clock on Monday. We also made some bookmarks as a prize for our games. For the bookmarks, we made them on Microsoft Word. We select the arrow shape in insert and color them in. After that, we add one picture to each bookmark. Then we add a statement, print them, cut them out, give them a glossy cover, and add a ribbon.

Exhibition Journal

Week 3

We didn’t do that much other that find information. Ibu Esti told me to find information. I did, but I think I need to ask Donna if it’s right. Sometimes people go to places and interview people for the exhibition.

I have made some questions. We will also go to cathedral so we can interview someone who has been in conflict in a church. Abraham didn’t submit his work, but at least I did! I sticked the comic onto astro paper.

We also went to Febrian’s house to make art homework (making label). The labels were made from styrafoam. On Tuesday we met our parent mentor, Angie’s mom. She gave us the idea about going to cathedral.
